The Aleatico Passito Alea Ludendo produced by Tenuta delle Ripalte is a wine of great character and personality; to the eye it has an intense garnet red color, with the typical nuances of passito wines, to the aggressive nose, it is rich in primary aromas, flowers and slightly caramelized fruit. In the mouth it leaves a great complexity with sensations that follow one another, of fruit and rich jam. The final sensations are of great balance between the sweet note and acidity, with a savory component. It goes well with dark chocolate, blue and aged cheeses, dry pastries and fruit and cream cakes.
