Suavia Soave Classico Monte Carbonare 2018
Review
From a very black, volcanic vineyard, a Soave breed, frankly mineral and "fiery". At sight it shows off a bright straw yellow dress with residual greenish reflections. The nose is typical and characteristic for its volcanic, fumé and sulphurous tempering, with counterpoints of aromatic herbs and citrus fruits. Beautifully mineral even on the sip, it is savory and fresh but also elegant and creamy, with a dry and exceptionally persistent finish.
