Villa Sparina Gavi

In the splendid setting of the vineyards and the village of Gavi, made up of wonderful slopes and underground cellars, Villa Sparina embodies the role of one of the noble mothers of the denomination. Gavi, from Cortese grapes, is one of the most appreciated Piedmontese whites, thanks to its natural floral, fragrant and fresh vein. The vineyards, eco-sustainable, are located mainly in the Monterotondo area.

Gavi is naturally the wine that has always coincided with the historical identity of Villa Sparina. A great classic, it is a straw-coloured white with typically greenish hues. The bouquet displays integrity and class, with notes of acacia, white flowers, hawthorn, plum, pear, mandarin and mineral scents. The palate, slender and dynamic, is straight and vertical: fresh and particularly sapid, it has a pleasant and clean persistence.
