Sirch Pinot Grigio

Sirch Pinot Grigio is a pleasant and fresh wine with a deep straw yellow color. The nose stands out with a clear and pleasant tropical vein and an important note of ripe fruit (pear and white peach). In the mouth it shows great freshness, flavor and minerality, combined with a unique persistence given by the characteristic acidity. Excellent with all types of salt or sweet water fish, it goes very well with vegetable risotto and all first courses.
