The wine
From rows over sixty and rigorously harvested late grapes, without further drying other than on the vine, it has a beautiful intense ruby red color with garnet hues; persistent and complex aroma, with hints of overripe fruits reminiscent of cherry jam and dried figs, light spicy notes; the body pleasantly envelops the palate with honeyed sensations mitigated by the right acidity. Typical for dry pastries made with almonds, fruit tarts, strong and aged cheeses. Meditation wine.
