The wine
Vinified in steel, it comes out after a year and a half from the harvest because the tannins and acidity need a little time. It is the more docile and drinkable version of Montepulciano desired by Jacopo: shorter maceration, only in steel, mature harvest but not beyond. However, it is not only a wine that can be drunk immediately, on the contrary, even here there is substance and fat.
