Rosi Dòron

Rosi Dòron is a characteristic and intriguing wine. It has a dark ruby red color, impenetrable to light. The nose reveals intense, clean, pleasing, refined and elegant aromas which start with hints of black cherry, blackberry and plum, followed by aromas of dried violet, blueberry, chocolate, vanilla, mace, almond, pink pepper, tobacco and vanilla. The mouth has good correspondence to the nose, a sweet and slightly tannic attack, however balanced by alcohol; good body, intense and very pleasant flavors. The finish is persistent, with flavors of black cherry, blackberry and plum. Excellent with fruit tarts and aged cheeses.
