The wine
The Pinot Nero Monsieur produced by the Prime Alture winery is a wine that has a bright ruby red color with slight orange reflections. Great typicality on the nose, with delicately elegant hints of small red fruits and cherry, spicy. The flavor is full, harmonious, of good texture and persistent. Aging for over a year in glass enhances its great harmony. It goes very well with first courses of land, mushrooms and truffles, fresh and blue cheeses, game and poultry.
