The wine
It has an intense ruby red color that tends to garnet with aging. Its scent is broad, persistent with hints of undergrowth, red jams and licorice, ethereal after a long aging. It has a dry, quite tannic and soft sip. To be combined with game, roasted or grilled meats and aged cheeses.

Serve between 18ºC and 20ºC
