The wine
Whole cluster maceration and spontaneous fermentation in kvevri. Aging in the same for 2 years. Nika Bakhia's Saperavi Amor is a complex and concentrated red wine. A wine closely linked to the territory of origin that smells of berries and smoking. From the full and round mouth, of concentration and incisiveness, from which tannins and freshness emerge. Very long finish.
