Mora & Memo Tino Sur Lie is a fresh and balanced white wine. It has a straw yellow color with bright greenish reflections. The nose expresses intense floral and vegetable notes, with hints of tomato leaf, sage, green apple and bread crust. The tasting is warm, full, balanced, with a long gustatory persistence. Excellent to accompany a wide range of dishes ranging from fish (it is perfect on hot seafood appetizers, risotto with seafood and steamed fish) up to stewed white meat and fresh cheeses.
