Montevertine

Montevertine is a fascinating and vigorous wine with a bright red color. The nose highlights a fresh bouquet in which fruity elements stand out, a note of cotton candy, tobacco, mint sugar bonbon, leather and, in the end, cherry. In the mouth it appears initially spicy, balsamic; then it dissolves bringing to light the olfactory suggestions, all so well integrated as to make the sip large, elegant and with not at all aggressive tones. On the table it goes well with cold cuts, grilled meats, first courses, stews and stewed fish.
