The wine
Barbera d'Alba Marun is bright ruby red in color; the nose is intense and elegant composed of hints of jams, pt-pourri of flowers and balsamic and spicy references. On the palate it is elegant, full-bodied but balanced, vibrant tannins. Try the baked pork belly.
