The wine
Radically innovative, Zerosolfiti is the result of obsessive work on the quality of the grapes and the wine-making processes. Not only «zero added sulphites», but minimal treatments in the vineyard, as well as an energetic washing of the grapes before pressing in order to eliminate any sulphurous residue.
With a beautiful intense ruby red color, it develops vinous and fruity aromas. The mouth is important, tannic and solid. At the table it goes well with tasty meats and aged cheeses.
