The wine
Baron Salvadori Chardonnay Riserva is an example of how a white wine can be so structured. At sight it is straw yellow in color; the nose expresses pleasant hints of exotic fruit. The sip is full-bodied, structured and velvety, but also elegant and well balanced. Excellent in combination with fish soup.
