Marabino Chardonnay Eureka

Eureka is a wine with its own identity, which clearly reflects the territory in which the vines are grown, not giving typical varietal notes, but expressing typical aromas and flavors of this area of south-east Sicily. The grape, vinified in steel with the skins, for about fifteen days, ages in steel until the following spring with continuous Bâtonnage, carried out according to the moon phases.

It surprises with its aromas of exotic fruit. On the palate it is fresh soft with an involving flavor. It goes perfectly with grilled fish, appetizers and vegetarian first courses.
