Maduresa was the first wine produced by Celler del Roure, one of the most interesting wineries in Valencia. A red wine created from a seductive blend of local varieties, among which Mandó stands out – an almost extinct variety which Pablo Calatayud took an interest in when there were only a few remaining vines and, thanks to his hard work and commitment, is now on the road to recovery.
