The Cuvée Bois should be counted among the largest Italian Chardonnay "chablisiens". It was born from the encounter of Constantine Charrère with the Count Gagnard de la Grange, noble winegrower of Puligny Montrachet, from which the élevage of this wine draws inspiration. Golden yellow, the opening to the nose ranges from banana to candied cedar, accompanied by a spicy push expressed by the rightly toasted oak. The full nose-mouth correspondence transmits a dense, rich and candied consistency to the palate, with great balance and elegance. A long persistence slowly clears with great pleasure. It accompanies great international cuisine, fondues and flans, fish, foie gras, fatty and blue cheeses.

Great wine - not been able to find it for the last few years. Stands up well against higher priced italian Chardonnays

Einer der besten Italiens!
Einer der besten italienischen Chardonnays, der auch ganz jung getrunken werden kann: schöne gelbe Frucht, Caramel- und Brioche-Noten, gut eingebundenes Holz
