First sampled this wine at the 2 Star BonAmb, Javea

Thrilled to find it listed on Vinissimus at 70% less. Superb value and a very rounded wine that belies its youth.

Significant Monastrell

Las Quebradas is a significant and balanced expression of the monastrell grape which pairs well with food (we had it with a vegetarian dish). In the mouth, dark fruits and pepper are dominant, with a finish that is long. The wine is far from the overextracted monastrell's and should last for several years in the cellar.
