The wine
What does this wine taste like?
In the glass, red fruit intertwines with floral notes and an earthy background reminiscent of the landscape itself: clay, stone, dried herbs. On the palate, it is balanced and long, juicy in its mid‑palate and deep in character, showing the natural harmony between the two varieties. Ageing in large wooden barrels polishes the edges without imposing, allowing the wine to speak in its own voice.
