The wine
The unmistakeable character of Grans Muralles lies in the stony slate (llicorella) soils, but also as a result of incorporating local varieties, some of which have been brought back from extinction. This is a great estate wine from the Torres family that derives its name from the walls which protected the Monastery of Poblet from wars and attacks by mercenaries.
