The wine
The Nebbiolo d'Alba Conca d'Oro of the Giribaldi company presents itself at the sight of an intense ruby color with orange reflections; the perfume is vinous, consistent, clean and of considerable amplitude with sensations of rose, raspberry, vanilla and balsamic notes, in general it is a wine of great olfactory finesse. The taste is dry, full, harmonious, round with young tannins, canned fruit, references of cinnamon and red fruit jam, very balanced tones and excellent persistence on the palate. Excellent with red meats, bagna cauda, game, braised meats and very seasoned cheeses.
