The wine
Giribaldi's Barbaresco has a medium intensity ruby red color with garnet reflections; the perfume expresses floral, fruity and spicy notes of wild rose, raspberry and cinnamon. The flavor is dry with a balanced tannic texture, an aftertaste of vanilla, tobacco, leather and green tea leaves is perceptible. This important wine goes very well with dishes based on tasty red meats, cheeses and is perfect as a meditation wine.
