The wine
The Langhe Nebbiolo produced by the Barale Brothers comes from their own vineyards grown organically. At sight it has a ruby red nuance that acquires garnet red reflections with aging. The nose is intense, broad, with notes of small red fruits and floral sensations of rose, violet and wisteria. On the palate it is dry, full-bodied, rightly tannic when young. Excellent in combination with red meat and game dishes.
