The wine
Pietracalda is an intense and expressive white, straw yellow in color with teal green reflections. The nose has enveloping floral aromas with hints of wild fennel and fresh white fruit. Mineral hints are also perceptible. On the palate it is dry and intense, with remarkable flavor and body, decidedly structured, almost austere. To underline the aromatic persistence which highlights long sensations of ripe pear and small wildflowers. Ideal to combine with fish appetizers, stewed and grilled fish and stewed white meats.
