Elegant and complex this vintage Blanc de Blanc that caresses the nose with notes of rennet apple, white pulp peach, lychee and almond blossom. On the palate it is equally fragrant, soft, fresh and savory. Excellent pairing with scallops.

Lemon tart, bruised apple, pear, zest peel, starfruit, yellow peach, unriped melon, acacia, chamomile, light jasmine, dried herbs, biscuit, pastry, toast, honey, cedar wood, hot dried spices, mineral, enticing upfront aromatic nosing with ample autolytic presence, beautiful fine bubbles, concentrated and layered palate with colorful richness, creamy mousy mouthfeel, refreshing acidity balanced with solid fruit structure and autolytic notes, very well-made, expect more length and complexity from finish. Exceptional!
This one is my first sparkling vine from Trentino.
It is 100% Chardonnay with yellow colour and apple and citrus flavours. Medium acidity. Enjoyable aperitif with fine bubbles and nice finish.
