F. Principiano Dolcetto d'Alba

Dolcetto, matured at 400 meters above sea level, comes from over two hectares of vineyards with forty years of age exposed to the south-west, located mainly in the localities of Sant'Anna and San Martino di Monforte d'Alba. Dense and brilliant ruby red, it expresses notes of raspberry and red fruit on a spicy and undergrowth texture. The palate also gives fruity sensations and, with the pleasant tannin, gives a harmonious balance to the taste.
