The wine
Gaja Barolo Dagromis is a full-bodied and fascinating Nebbiolo. It has an intense garnet red color tending towards orange. The aroma is unique and unrepeatable, with fruity, spicy, floral and balsamic aromas. In the mouth it gives an excellent structure and softness: the taste is warm, enveloping, savory, with velvety tannins and a very long finish. Ideal with soups, grilled meats and medium-aged cheeses.
Drinking and storing
Serve between 18ºC and 20ºC
