The wine
The Riesling produced by the South Tyrolean winery Erste + Neue has a pale straw yellow color with greenish reflections. Fruity flavor with marked hints of peach and apricot. Freshness and balance in harmony with a long and fine aftertaste make this Riesling a very convincing wine. Ideal for fish and asparagus or white meat dishes. Ideal for Asian cuisine.
