The wine
The Pinot Noir produced by the South Tyrolean winery Erste + Neue shows a light ruby red color with light garnet reflections. Typical bouquet of the grape with cherry aroma and a slight hint of vanilla. Elegant wine with good structure, lively tannins with a nice persistence in the aftertaste. To combine with meat dishes, roasts and game. But also with fish and shellfish.
