A real class act!
An extremely well-made, well-balance blend that offers body and smoothness, but yet has tons of fruit and more than a touch a freshness. It has a lively aftertaste of blackcurrants (I would say, but others will no doubt identify other overtones) and is an all-together class act.
We sampled this on holiday in the Spanish Pyrenees, and wondered whether it would taste as good at home in UK. Pleased to say the journey has done it no harm - a lovely balanced wine and great value.
I first tried this when on holiday in the Pyrenees and have bought 4 lots since. Lovely colour and fullish body - a decent wine for every day drinking (not that I do drink every day, obvs.)
Pleasant dry wine with a liquorice after taste.
Full of tannins and a wine that would go very well with a meat casserole dish. This was the first time time I’ve tried the wine and will be ordering more.
This is a very good wine at a good price
I have been to the Enate Bodega and was impressed with the whole setup. All the wines are very good and this one is reasonably priced and very tasty.
