Good quality

Azpilicueta Crianza 2016, despite coming from the Campo Viejo group, is a very good example of a modern classic Rioja crianza. It is well above the standard of the Campo Viojo brand wines (which are pretty poor, generally) and, for me, represents very good value for money.

Nice smooth Rioja !

A very nice and smooth Crianza, with hints of chocolate and oak, Pefect to meat dishes, pasta and matured cheese.

Nice weekly wine with strong salad and chicken.

It is a good option to enjoy it with frieds. This young crianza is better than it's age requires. I have tasted Azpilicueta also earlier and this Crianza 2015 is at the same high level that 2014. Good general red wine with different kind of strong salads and chicken as well as pork diches.
