The wine

Marqués de Cáceres Reserva is a classic with a great history. Only produced with the best vintages, using a selection of old vines in Rioja Alta and Rioja Alavesa, it offers an excellent fruity expression and is ideal for laying down. Don't let the fact that it is a best-seller put you off – its quality shows why it easily deserves this popularity. A carefully created classic with the guarantee of coming from one of Rioja's most prestigious wineries.

What does this wine taste like?

It displays a dark and dense ruby-red colour and a refined and complex aromatic nose with hints of cherries and vanilla backed up by gentle toasted notes. A balanced mouth where silky and well-defined tannins combine with exquisite flavours to create pleasant sensations of fullness.
