Traditional wine that reaches its maximum expression in the Doglianese area, ruby red with fruity aromas, fresh flavors of small red fruit, almondy at the end. It comes from a traditional grape for Piedmontese viticulture, Dolcetto. The olfactory examination refers to delicate aromas of red fruits such as currant, plum and violet. The taste is fresh and aromatic; it goes well with meat sauces, roasts, savory pies and mushroom risotto.

Good Dolcetto di Dogliani
Round and easy-drinking wine, pairs well with pastas, pizzas and barbeque. It's very young and a short aeration did much to bring on the flavors.
