The wine
Faustine Rouge produced by the Corsican winery Domaine Comte Abbatucci shows a brilliant ruby red color; the nose expresses hints of red fruit and black fruit with touches of Mediterranean scrub and spicy notes that stand out as a whole. On the palate it is fruity, balanced, with hints of spice. Excellent in combination with first courses with not too elaborate sauces, grilled meats and medium-aged cheeses.
