Cortaccia Pinot Grigio

In the lower areas of Cortaccia, Pinot Grigio develops moderate acidity, while the high alcohol content and richness of the extract make it robust and tasty. The calcareous soils of the steep slopes of Cortaccia-Penone give Pinot Grigio a delicate mineral aroma, sometimes even a vigorous varietal scent of gooseberry, lime blossom and acacia. From the union of high-altitude grapes and lowland grapes, an extraordinary Pinot Grigio is born which, on the one hand Mediterranean light, on the other Nordic strict, highlights all its class and its creamy softness on the palate.
