The wine
Brilliant golden yellow. Intense aroma with notes of candied fruit. It is also fragrant on the palate, but warm and velvety with a pleasant sweet residue. It goes well with blue or spicy cheeses. Excellent with traditional Salento sweets made with almond paste and jam.

Serve between 8ºC and 10ºC
