Brilliant straw yellow, with a good fine and persistent perlage; it maintains a limited pressure, as recommended by the tradition of this wine. Captivating, of great freshness and intensity, the nose reveals decisive fruity notes among which sage undoubtedly prevails. On the palate it is broad and enveloping, it proves not excessively sweet; the typical aroma of the Moscato grape is naturally predominant and has a very long and delicious finish. It goes superbly with desserts, such as the classic Langhe hazelnut cake or with apple and pine nut cake, lemon cake, fruit puff pastries and the traditional Christmas panettone. However, it turns out to be really particular and suggestive when paired with aged and slightly spicy cheeses. To fully appreciate the fragrance of this wine, we recommend uncorking the bottle at the moment.
