The wine
Collavini Broy is an intense, straw-colored white wine with soft green reflections. The scent is intense and persistent with memories of ripe tropical fruit, acacia honey, orange peel and yellow flowers. Powerful body, long, soft, warm but balanced, delivers pleasant notes of freshness and minerality. To be combined with large kitchen dishes, baked fish or sauce, velvety, risottos with truffles and medium seasoning cheeses.
Drinking and storing
Serve between 6ºC and 8ºC
