Château Haut-Monplaisir Les Cadettes

This wine shows a very beautiful deep mauve color, typical of Syrah. The bouquet is frank and fresh, marked by blackcurrant and raspberry. Light on the palate, lively and melted, with small jagged and crunchy tannins, delicately peppery. A pleasurable, tasty and greedy wine, which adapts perfectly to the summer season. To taste slightly chilled, with simple grilled meats, a ratatouille, or a tarte Tatin of candied tomatoes as an aperitif.
