The wine
Straw yellow with golden reflections. Persuasive and complex, the bouquet ranges from floral notes to candied fruits, then expressing the complex and vegetable contribution of noble rot. In the mouth it is fresh and balanced with a gentle residual sugar. Suitable for spiced pastry and hard or spicy cheeses.
