Review
Transparent ruby red typical of Sangiovese, bright, expresses an intense bouquet of ripe red fruits (morello cherry, dog rose), violet, with mineral nuances, tobacco, overall very fine; on the finish a balsamic note and hints of Mediterranean scrub emerge. Full mouth, which caresses the palate with elegance and with tannins in excellent balance with acidity. It closes with a long fruity, clean and extraordinarily drinkable finish. Ideal companion for important first courses, white and red meats, medium-aged hard cheeses.
