Details for Caccia al Piano Bolgheri Ruit Hora 2018
Review
Caccia al Piano, the ancient fief of the Della Gherardesca's, is today Berlucchi's Bolgheri estate, a family known for Franciacorta. Some labels, such as Ruit Hora, evoke the poems of Carducci, famous for having sung the praises of the famous cypress avenue leading to the Bolgheri fortress. Ruit Hora, that is, "time passes", is in fact a ready-to-drink red, in which a large part of the grape is dedicated to Merlot and which rests for 18 months in barrique. It is already harmonious, with a sweet, silky, fruity tannin. Don't miss out because... ruit hora!
