Cà Maiol Lugana

The grapes of this wine come from young and medium-aged vines grown with the Silvoz and Guyot training system and with an average seasonal production per hectare of about 100 ql. The calcareous nature, with layered clay, dating back to the post-glacial era, combined with manual harvesting, soft pressing, controlled fermentation, gives this Lugana peculiar characteristics such as straw color with greenish reflections, delicate aroma and savory flavor .
