The vinification is carried out respecting the freshness and elegance of the wine. The Langhe Nebbiolo comes from vineyards located in the municipality of Barolo; it is refined only in steel and in the spring it is already bottled. It represents the Nebbiolo in its youth: enhanced, in fact, by the closure (only glass stopper) and by the label depicting a poppy, a flower that in June colors the hills red and makes the imagination fly on the wings of freshness.
It presents itself to the nose with primary aromas (floral, rose, violet and citrus hints of orange peel), less full-bodied on the palate and relatively ready to drink, it adapts more easily than the more austere Barolo to the combination with the menu less elaborate summers and also goes great with fish. It stands up to some aging even if a relatively young consumption is preferable.
