The Barbera d'Alba Vigna Santa Rosalia produced by Brezza is a ready to drink wine; excellent accompanied with cured meats, mortadella, first courses and also well-known fatty foods that go well with the fresh component, typical of this wine. Young consumption is preferable even if it still maintains a good quality level for up to three or four years. The nose is fruity and well built. It reveals notes of hazelnut and toasted notes associated with small notes of currant, plum, cherry, meaty cassis as well as a touch of blond tobacco and slight hints of nutmeg. On the palate it is fruity, juicy, well balanced and offers a nice sweet and acidulous structure characterized by a moderate minerality.
