The wine
The Bermejo Diego Seco Ecológico 2022 is a dry white wine, produced in Lanzarote under ecological practices that respect the unique environment of the island. Made from the indigenous Diego grape variety, it has a pale yellow colour with greenish reflections. On the nose, fresh aromas of citrus fruits and herbs stand out, together with subtle mineral notes that reflect its volcanic origin. The palate is fresh and balanced, with lively acidity and a clean finish. Ideal with fish, seafood and fresh salads.
