A deep, dark cherry in colour, the wine displays aromas of jammy red fruits on the nose. It is rich, mature, fruit-forward and elegant on the palate.

The winery is run by a Dutch couple, Clara Verheij and André Both, and started operating in 2003. The estate is located in the municipal district of Sayalonga, at an altitude of 450 metres. The vineyards are extremely old, cultivated on decomposed slate soils, with little depth due to erosion, but perfect for vine-growing, especially for Muscat of Alexandria vines.
