The wine
Anselmi Capitel Croce is a white with beautiful structure and intensity. It is presented in the glass with a deep straw yellow color. The nose suggests fine memories of grapefruit and yellow apple, followed by lavender flowers, wisteria, cedar and mineral notes. Balanced on the palate, it has excellent freshness and flavor; along the finish. Excellent on sea bream in a zucchini crust.

Serve between 6ºC and 8ºC
