Made from a choice selection of the best grapevines, grown on slate and quartz soils in the mountains of Almáchar, at an altitude of between 600 and 800 metres. Harvesting is carried out manually and mules are used to transport the grapes to the winery.

Just a little too much of a good thing

I was looking for a less dry cava than my usual purchase my taste is starting to move towards the sweeter wines. This is a fine light and very sweet sparkling wine that does what it says on the label, but for me just a little too sweet. Perhaps a little of both?

A bodega to watch, goes from strength to strength

Fabulous sparkler especially for the price. More flavoured than most cava, it’s litght and sweet and very quaffable. Give 6 months to a year for it open up a bit
